Job description

Customs/Shipment Service
› Application for exports and their presentation to the export customs office / participation in the electronic export procedure
› Preparation of all delivery documents and transfer of goods to carriers
› Placing of forwarding orders according to agreed delivery conditions
› Cooperation in correspondence with the main customs office and the chief tax office, provision of documents for audits
› Carrying out final transport packaging

Customer Service System Support
› Creation and release of production orders based on external and internal customer orders
› Cross-departmental coordination of order tracking
› Analysis of the deadline situation of lots with regard to the customer order, derivation of priority decisions

Job requirements

› You have successfully completed your studies in the commercial field
› You have relevant experience in connections with customs and export tasks
› You are confident in using ERP and MES systems, and the application of MS Office standard software is no problem for you
› In addition to fluent German, you can also conduct a technical conversation in English
› You are able to work independently and in a structured manner with independent priority decisions.
